Student cabin For Sale

January 17, 2013: This 2012 course red pine cabin is for sale. It measures 20' by 16' with a half-rear loft, and includes three log trusses, two purlins and a ridgelog. It is ready to disassemble and move to a permanent home. Phone Ron at 218.365.2126 for more information or to visit and view it. This is one of the highest quality cabins ever produced at the school. Price is $17,000 plus Minnesota sales tax (unless you are out of state). Wish to sell right away, but could be moved in spring or early summer of 2013. Buildings are usually transported by a local (very experienced) trucker. Call Ron for his contact information.

Below is the 2010 structure, now proudly residing on a hill overlooking Lake Superior near Silver Bay, MN and owned by Shawn Worden of Litchfield, MN. She added some very special windows, a handsome side porch and a surrounding deck system. (PS. the commode was later installed inside.)

This is the 2005 student building purchased and finished by Kevin and Karlene Vail and moved to their property near Hibbing, Minnesota.

Another cabin built at the school, which now resides west of Ely on Highway 169 - owned by Bruce Wheelright..

And the 2006 structure, now located on the Gunflint Trail - owned by Scott Brown of Texas.
